8009OS - 10 Bed - Princess Pad - ST013V

About This Home
Princess Pad is a 10-bedroom home in Solterra designed for large families and groups, with 2 themed kids' rooms, home theater with a 100-inch television, arcade, and private pool.

The themed bedrooms in this house are total showstoppers—starting with the princess room, featuring castles and fairyland furnishings. Equally impressive is the wizard's room, replete with glamorous wall art and over-the-top bunk beds, surrounded by spellbinding young wizards.

But bedtime will have to wait once the kids get a load of the arcade, fully decked out with favorites like Pac-Man Basketball, Pac-Man Multi, and Dead Heat. The upstairs loft offers even more great game options, like Pac-Man Air Hockey and a pool table.

Top off an incredible game night with a private movie viewing in the home theater—featuring 10 cozy leather recliners, a giant projector, and plenty of space for lounging.

The entertainment continues outside on the patio, which houses a private, screened-in pool and spillover spa, surrounded by 8 comfortable loungers and outdoor games, like foosball and in-pool basketball.

Nothing says vacation like poolside dining at the 12-seat patio table, or adjacent lounge area, overlooking the pool and surrounding lush nature views. Plenty of dining space is also available back inside, where a spacious, open-floor space offers an expansive, high-end dining table and seating for 12.

Over in the kitchen, you'll find everything needed for mealtime, including a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cabinets stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. The sleek, white countertops are both beautiful and functional, doubling as a breakfast bar, bordered by 5 elegant stools.

When the feast is over, flick on the 75" smart TV and retire on the plush velvet sofa or leather armchairs in the nearby living room—the perfect spot to relax with the family after a fun-filled day.

When bedtime strikes, the selection of upscale King and full-sized bedrooms—all with private, en-suite bathrooms—will not disappoint. Deluxe mattresses and hotel-quality linens will ensure cozy, restful nights, to keep you energized throughout your incredible stay in the Orlando area!
