About This Home
Posh Pad is a 6-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for families and groups, with 1 themed kids' rooms, home theater with a 100-inch television, arcade, and private pool.

Entrance/Great Room Relaxed luxury is the vibe here, which you'll sense the minute you step into the grand foyer, with its lofty ceilings and high-end finishes. Continue into the adjacent great room, where this mansion's polished yet inviting Transitional-style design is on full display. Sink into chic, comfy furnishings perfect for lounging and socializing, or step over to the pool table—this room's highlight—and let the fun and games begin.

Kitchen & Dining Start planning your perfect menu so you (or your chef) can bring it to life in the fully equipped chef's kitchen. This open-plan room's beautiful design features modern stainless appliances, crisp white cabinetry, sleek black accents, and contemporary chrome fixtures. Chat over snacks at the roomy kitchen island with stools—then step over to the long, elegant dining table for your main-event meal.

Pool & Patio Bring your fave bathing suit, because you'll definitely want to take a few selfies beside your sparkling, private swimming pool. Soak in the spillover spa, or get your game on with foosball on the patio. Stay outdoors all day, including at mealtime, thanks to the covered outdoor kitchen and dining area.

Game Loft/Office Back inside, scoot upstairs to find more recreational and lounging space in the spacious game loft. Gather your friends for a game of shuffleboard, or to play air hockey. Got work? Polish it off at the desk-and-chair office setup so you can get back to vacation mode.

Movie Theater/Arcade Room You'll want to make it a double feature once you experience this home's private cinema complete with plush seating and surround sound. Between flicks, you can play to your heart's content on the classic arcade games that share this space, including Pac-Man and more.

Themed Bedroom For your youngest guests, the ultimate "ta-da" moment will come when you open the door to the dazzling themed bedroom that sleeps up to six lucky kids. The "Secret Galaxy" room will transport them to a lush green planet reminiscent of a beloved sci-fi movie. In this intergalactic forest home—featuring wall art of grasslands and savannahs, and a leafy canopy overhead—they'll climb kid-size ladders, zip down a twisty slide, and fall asleep in cozy treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds). The next morning, their jaws will drop again when they discover the walk-in closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King & Queen) Spread out between the first and second floors, five additional beautiful bedrooms cater to grownup tastes with high-end furnishings and en suite bathrooms. All feature modern and welcoming Transitional design and a muted, relaxing palette of taupes, grays, and blues.

Conveniently located on the first floor are two spacious and elegant bedrooms with king-size beds (one bedroom has its own private walk-out to the pool area). Upstairs, a standout master king bedroom features high-end design, a walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom appointed with only the best materials. Two more second-floor bedrooms beckon with king and queen-size beds, private baths, and top-of-the-line amenities.
