2117PO - 6 Bed - Fantastical Funhouse - ST051

About This Home
Fantastical Funhouse is a 6-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for families and groups, with 1 themed kids' rooms, home theater with a 100-inch television, arcade, and private pool.

Entrance/Great Room A high-ceilinged foyer welcomes you into this uber-stylish, 4,000-square-foot Transitional-style mansion for up to 18 guests. The adjacent great room is sure to become a favorite gathering space with its comfy sofa and chairs, oversized TV, and—the highlight of the room—a pool table for laid-back fun or friendly competition with your gang.

Kitchen & Dining The elegant open-concept dining area has plenty of seating for a sit-down feast and is steps away from the fully equipped chef's kitchen. With its stainless-steel appliances, sleek gray cabinets with black and white accents, blue and white mini subway tiles, and white stone floor, this is a bright, modern spot to cook and eat. There's even a kitchen island with stool seating for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Movie Theater One of the showstoppers in this house is the private theater that doubles as a game room with classic arcade games (think Pac-Man and more). When it's show time, sink into the comfy seats and enjoy a flick on the big screen, complete with surround sound. All you need is the popcorn!

Pool & Patio With all those incredible indoor amenities, don't forget to take advantage of your sparkling, private screened pool and spillover spa. You are in the Sunshine State, after all! You'll find plenty of loungers for relaxation, along with games like foosball on the patio. A big bonus is the covered outdoor kitchen with a dining area and additional seating—a great spot for lunch or dinner or just relax in the shade.

Game Loft/Office Head upstairs to the spacious loft for more lounging and play space, including a poker/game table with seating, TV, dart board, and more. You can even bang out some work between games at the desk-and-chair office setup.

Themed Bedroom For little ones, the most wondrous room of all is the Imaginative themed bedroom that serves as both a play space and magical sleep haven.

The "Mouse House" room abounds in vivid color and imaginative design, inviting kids on an exciting trip along with their favorite cartoon mouse. In this immersive space that sleeps up to six kids, wall art features dancing brooms and a starry night sky—while that famous gloved mouse hand and sorcerer's hat reveal magic tricks amiss. Colorful ladders ascend to sleep/play areas, and a bright, curvy slide swooshes kids down to the lower bunk bed level. Bonus: The kids will love discovering the closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King & Queen) Five additional inviting bedrooms with en suite baths cater to grownup tastes with high-end materials and Transitional design. The vibe is super relaxing, yet modern with natural fabrics and a muted palette of taupes, grays, and blues.

Conveniently located on the first floor are two master king bedrooms—one with its own private walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, in addition to the themed kids' room, you'll find an expansive master bedroom with an en suite bath, walk-in closet, double sinks, shower, and bathtub. Two more second floor bedrooms include one with a king-size bed and one with two queen beds—both with private baths and top-of-the-line amenities.
