Lounge on the stylish sofa and chairs, catch a game or movie on the oversized TV together, and get ready to explore the rest of this 7,200-square-foot palace that sleeps up to 34 guests.

Kitchen & Dining The party always spills over into the kitchen—and this standout open-plan chef's kitchen is dressed to impress with its sleek black-and-white cabinetry, white marble countertops, and top-end appliances. Hang out on stools at the kitchen island, or enjoy a sit-down feast together at the expansive dining table.

Pool & Patio Bring your bathing suits, because a massive, sparkling swimming pool awaits just outside. In this private oasis, relax in the spillover spa or get sporty with a range of games from pool basketball to ping-pong to foosball. With its beautiful summer kitchen and covered patio deck with tables and chairs, this is the place for Imaginative alfresco gatherings.

Arcade Room Back inside, you'll find the first in a series of unbelievable recreation spaces. This one's devoted to the arcade games of your youth, from Pac-Man to air hockey.

Sports Simulator Room Down the hall, sports-loving guests won't believe their eyes when they discover the garage that's been transformed into a sports simulator room. In this high-tech haven, you can spend hours honing your skills or trying the moves of your favorite athlete.

Movie Theater Grab the movie snacks and popcorn and settle into one of the 15 comfy recliners (the first row is custom-made just for kids) in your private movie theater. This is what vacation memories and family fun are made of.

Fitness Room Stay fit and work up a sweat in your private gym—fully equipped with a top-of-the-line stationary bike, treadmill, and free weights. For extra motivation, turn on the TV and connect via app to a virtual trainer.

Themed Bedrooms The kids will marvel at the three over-the-top themed bedrooms (one on the first floor and two upstairs) that double as playrooms. Each one is a creative masterpiece and imaginative wonderland.

First up is the Sports Palace room–the special "12th Bedroom" in the house, and easily the most elaborate and spacious. Capture the hearts of your aspiring athletes with this room's stadium-style bunk beds, colorful décor, and a super slide. Playtime here is a major sporting event for your little MVPs, and bedtime is stress-free because kids will never want to leave this sporty hideout.

In the Enchanted Forest room, kids will love exploring an alpine wonderland of cozy cottages (aka bunk beds), ladders, and fanciful wall art that will remind them of their favorite snow-princess movie. Make-believe has never been more fun, and bedtime is cozy and inviting in this Nordic fairyland.

The Secret Galaxy room will transport them to an incredible forest moon complete with mountains in the distance and a green jungle overhead. They'll love hanging out in this lush hideaway with its "treehouse" bunk beds, woodland wall art, and river-like slide—all reminiscent of beloved blockbuster sci-fi movies.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) Nine additional exquisite bedrooms with en suite baths cater to grownup tastes with sleek Contemporary décor and every comfort imaginable. You'll find three on the first floor and six upstairs—each one providing the space, privacy, and relaxation that vacations are all about.

Adjoining all the master bedrooms, the spacious master baths are appointed with the finest materials and offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets. Downstairs, the master queen bedroom features a double-door walkout to the pool area.
